KeiCo Western 2.0 - Two-Bedroom Modular Glamping Pod
A substantial two-bedroom Nordic timber accommodation pod with two considered floor plans and independent choices for outlook, fit-out, services and project delivery.
Two Private Bedrooms. One Complete Guest Retreat.
The KC Western 2.0 develops the familiar curved profile of the original Western into a larger, two-module accommodation pod designed for more comfortable and better organised stays.
Within its nominal 6.6 × 4.6m footprint, the Western 2.0 brings together two private sleeping rooms, a central living and kitchen zone, a dedicated bathroom and a covered entrance porch. It creates a self-contained guest environment for glamping sites, holiday parks, rural retreats and other hospitality-led settings where privacy, circulation and a stronger internal layout matter.
Choose the approved floor plan and frontage, then select the exterior finish, fit-out and service routes independently. Fixed-price upgrades are added to the displayed total only when deliberately selected. A choice marked “Project Assessment Required” records an interest only and does not include equipment, labour or a service in the order.

Choose Your Floor Plan
KeiCo Plan 1 — Balanced Two-Bedroom Layout
Plan 1 places two similarly sized private rooms beside a central shared living and kitchen space. It is the most balanced arrangement for families, friends or two couples who want a clear separation between sleeping accommodation and the social part of the stay.
- 10.0m² main living and kitchen room
- Two private sleeping rooms of approximately 5.0m² each
- 3.20m² bathroom space
- 2.90m² covered entrance porch
- Stated internal floor area: 23.20m²
The furnished drawing demonstrates a practical arrangement for two double bedrooms, a compact kitchen and a shared lounge. Final bed dimensions, storage, circulation and occupancy must be confirmed within the approved fit-out.
KeiCo Plan 2 — Larger Shared Living Layout
Plan 2 slightly reduces the two bedroom areas to create a larger combined living, kitchen and circulation zone. It is particularly well suited to guest stays where the shared space will be used more frequently for food preparation, dining and relaxation.
- 11.17m² combined living, kitchen and circulation zone
- Two private sleeping rooms of approximately 4.70m² each
- 3.15m² bathroom space
- 2.30m² covered entrance porch
- Stated internal floor area: 23.72m²
The furniture shown on each plan communicates the intended layout and scale. Exact furniture, cabinetry, appliances, sanitary ware and finishes are governed by the selected specification and final quotation.
Configure Your Pod
Floor Plan, Outlook and Exterior
Select KeiCo Plan 1 or Plan 2, choose the standard timber or panoramic double-glazed frontage, then choose the exterior route. The configurator displays any current fixed addition.
Kitchen, Bathroom and Furniture
Choose each area independently. Exact components, floor-plan compatibility, supplied-loose or fitted status, installation and connection scope are governed by the saved option wording and written inclusion schedule.
Electrical, Heating and Hot Water
Select the saved electrical route, then choose client-arranged services or a clearly marked project-assessment route. Assessment selections do not add equipment, labour or a supplied package to the displayed total.
Delivery, Build and Project Assistance
Western 2.0 is supplied as two assembled half-pod modules combined on site. Transport, unloading, lifting and on-site joining remain outside the displayed total until a written scope and price are approved. Foundations, underfloor heating, full electrical installation and exceptional access or outdoor works are handled through the optional project-assistance route.
Selections remain subject to technical compatibility, final load calculations and the available services at the site. The approved written specification defines exactly what KeiCo will supply and what remains within the client’s or another contractor’s scope.

Dimensions and Site Preparation
The Western 2.0 is our largest pod at 6.6 × 4.6m. The current floor-plan drawings show an overall length of 6,600mm and an overall depth of approximately 4,676mm. The source-specific production drawing and approved revision always take precedence for foundations, delivery planning and service positions.
A firm, level and correctly engineered load-bearing base is essential. Before permanent work begins, the project should confirm ground conditions, structural support positions, drainage, water, waste, incoming power, access, unloading space, assembly room and future maintenance clearances.
The intended use must also be reviewed against the site’s planning, building-control, licensing, fire-safety, accessibility and hospitality requirements. Room areas shown on the plans are stated floor areas and should not be treated as guaranteed furniture clearances.
Manufacture, Delivery and Installation
Each KC Western 2.0 is manufactured to order around the approved floor plan, façade, fit-out and technical specification. The production programme is confirmed after the site and access review, base and service coordination, final quotation and order confirmation.
The pod is formed from two insulated half-pod modules that are joined as part of the agreed installation route. The exact delivery format, vehicle requirement, unloading responsibility and on-site assembly method are confirmed for the individual project.
Delivery, unloading, lifting and on-site installation remain outside the displayed total unless a written KeiCo quotation expressly includes them.
The Western 2.0 is KeiCo-specified and supplied through an approved Nordic manufacturing partner. KeiCo remains the customer-facing point of coordination for the agreed product specification, delivery route, installation scope and after-sales support.
Permanent foundations, utility works and third-party trades should not be booked from a concept plan alone. The final construction drawing and written delivery plan must be approved first.
A Coordinated KeiCo Project
KeiCo can help connect the selected floor plan, fit-out, foundations, services, access, delivery and installation within one defined project scope. This gives the customer and operator a clearer view of what is included, what remains provisional and which works sit with other appointed contractors.
Specialist electrical, plumbing, drainage and regulated works are completed or coordinated with suitably competent trades according to the final project requirements.
Warranty and Ongoing Support
The applicable product and workmanship warranties are confirmed within the final order documentation. Coverage remains subject to the agreed specification, correct foundations, compliant installation, suitable timber protection, appropriate use and documented maintenance.
KeiCo provides a clear after-sales route for product guidance, maintenance planning and support once the pod enters use.
