We pride ourselves on our premium and efficient delivery service.

Rest assured your order will be processed efficiently, packaged with love and we promise that you'll be taken care before, during and after purchasing via KeiCo.

Orders are shipped via APC overnight service, DHL or private courier and we deliver throughout the UK on a next day delivery as standard.

Delivery Info

UK Next Day Delivery

All orders are sent via APC overnight courier to arrive on the next working day.* Please note that there may be delays during busy periods.

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday will be processed and dispatched the same day for delivery the next day. Orders placed on a Friday after 1pm through to Monday before 1pm will arrive on Tuesday.

(Orders placed after 1pm or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day)

(FREE Premium Delivery for orders over £100) excluding Saunas, Icebaths, Hottubs and Glamping pods/Barrels

*Saturday delivery (APC) and Standard delivery (DHL) are also availble at checkout.

*Please note some of our larger items are sent via pallet or private courier and require a 1 day handling time. This will be specified on the product page.

Tracking your parcel

You can track your order online using the tracking number emailed to you upon dispatch.

You will be emailed/SMS a 2 hr delivery time slot on the day of delivery.

Can I change the address on my order?

Yes, we can change the address on your order providng your order hasn't already been dispatched. Please contact us below using your order number.

Not going to be home

If you are not home when delivery is attempted, you can re-schedual your delivery via the tracking number provided.

Alternatively the driver will arrange to come back the following day. If you miss your delivery twice your parcel will be sent back to our depot where we will arrange a full refund. Please allow up to 7 working days for this to appear in your account.

My order has been received damaged

If in the unfortunate event that your order is received faulty or damaged, please contact our customer services below stating your order number (within 5 days from the date of delivery) and one of our team will help to arrange a refund or replacememt.

Consumer Rights Act 2015 Compliance
We are committed to ensuring that our returns policy aligns with the rights afforded to consumers under UK law, specifically the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns & Refunds
You have the right to return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Items must be returned to the following address:
KeiCo, Unit 15 Three Point Business Park, Haslingden, BB4 5EH.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. This means new items must be unused, undamaged, and complete with all original packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods and will be refunded using the original payment method. Please note that the cost of return postage is not covered by us unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
  • Please retain your proof of postage when returning items.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Personalised or custom-made items: As per The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on personalised or bespoke items unless faulty.
  • Discounted or sale items: Orders placed using discount codes or purchased during a sale are considered non-refundable.

Made-to-Order Products
For items in our Sauna, Cold Plunge, Outdoor Living, and Retreat collections, which are made-to-order, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of purchase. This deposit secures the product and mitigates the risk of cancellation, as these items are manufactured specifically to your unique requirements. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the item is faulty or not as described, in compliance with UK law.

Faulty or Misdescribed Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described, you have the right to a full refund, repair, or replacement, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt for assistance.

Refund Processing
Refunds will typically take up to 7 working days to appear in your account once processed. We will notify you once your refund has been issued.
